Dog Parks and People Parks
Buy a pup and your money will buy love unflinching.

Hi
Hope all is well with you and your dog.
In Minneapolis we have the Mall of America, the largest shopping mall in the America. Literately, thousands of people shop here daily but it has no heating for the winter cold. I know what you are thinking, ‘why would you shop in a cold mall’?
Not to worry, it is heated by the body heat of the shoppers and is quite comfortable. Amazing , you say but ’so what’ . Well, it occurred to me that it resembles a dog park for people where the occupants go about their business of interacting with each other and getting along quite civilly.
Dogs do this instinctual in a park, like people. They meet, they eat, they greet, tell their stories, and play. The big difference is that people have public rest rooms, restaurants, and dogs have the great outdoors, just like our ancestors.
I know dogs love the parks because they seem so anxious to go when you mention a car ride and the park. I know several teenagers like that. However, humans, especially husbands, may be reluctant to go to the mall. Next time in the people park look at the women to men ratio and draw your own conclusions.
Dogs don’t discriminate. They welcome all, male or female. They love everybody when properly treated. Humans do too. Dog parks and people parks have a lot in common. (If we could only get more men to the mall.)
